Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and free of any signs of wear.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • The return shipment must be properly packed in a cardboard box or shipping bag.

We will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If all return conditions are met, you will not be responsible for additional return costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Processing Time

Although refunds are processed promptly after inspection, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Size Exchanges

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request a size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are not responsible for additional exchange shipping costs, provided all return conditions are met.

4. Exchange Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will promptly ship the requested size. You will receive tracking information once the replacement item has been dispatched.


Refund Policy for Unfulfilled Orders

Our goal is to ensure a smooth shopping experience and customer satisfaction. If your order has not been processed or shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation Refund

A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet been processed or shipped by our team. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy above.

2. Refund Processing

Once cancellation is confirmed, we process the refund immediately. However, payment processors (including Shopify and financial institutions) may require additional time to complete the transaction.

3. Processing Time

Although refunds are initiated promptly, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
