A binding purchase agreement is formed only after we confirm your order via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us immediately.

VII. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Eligible customers may return products within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

VIII. Warranty & Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you may request a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Any statutory warranty rights applicable under consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
